What is Tora Do Karate?

Tora Do Karate's origins are in Japanese Traditional Karate and Judo. It is a full contact system which aims to teach the youth of today how to adequately defend themselves, in addition to properly applying the added discipline and positive fitness that goes hand in hand with Martial Arts training.

Over the years, a stronger emphasis has been made on the elements of Boxing, Muay Thai, and Krav Maga that are integrated into this full-contact defense system. Our main goal is to teach our students while maintaining discipline and a fun nature.

Tora Do Karate is best suited for ages 7 and up. A maturity exemption can be made on an individual "instructor-at-will" basis for larger, more mature 6 year olds.
